And unlike most investors, I don't retrade: the price I agree to is the price I close at. In most cases you can represent me on the purchase and list the home again once it's finished.

About me
I started in 2009 scouting homes headed to trustee sale, then went on to oversee acquisitions for a large institutionally backed investment firm buying across San Diego County. In 2018 I started MTW Properties to do it my own way. I live in Carlsbad with my wife and our two boys.
